I beg pardon for taking the liberty of asking you to present this my first performance to those {Gentleman} who support & make a part of the Association for Preserving Liberty & Property &c. -- I am Sir a Lad who never had any Education in Grammar therefore I hope you will readily excuse the blunders which I have made in my Production.

I opened a Subscription to print my Work & thro' the endeavors of a Gentleman of the Law I at last publish'd it which I now present to you &
