Please to take notice, that I hereby demand & require of you to forthwith surrender, & give, or yield up, the entire & quit possession of a certain cast or mould of, from, or off, my head, to wit, the sides top back & face of the said head, in such & so many piece or pieces, or in one whole piece, as the same, to wit, the whole of the said mould, may be--or a full and perfect cast thereof--or, in default, I shall daily and every day, from certain day, put a letter into the post office directed to you, without any further notice or contents than my signature in manner and form following, as the same followeth, or is hereunto subjoined As Witness my hand, as aforesaid, this present late blessed old kings Birth-Day that was, in the year 1831.
