My correspondence with Mr. Cruikshank has been almost exclusively personal, and, as I intimated, I have no letters of his with his autograph, except of an entirely private nature - however I wrote him a note which has produced the enclosed - not without some effort on his part for he dislikes letter writing even more than I do.
